Discovery & Briefing
We begin by listening — to you, the site and its surroundings. We visit together, discuss the project ambitions in detail and ask the questions that will shape everything that follows.
Concept Design
This is where the architectural idea is found. Sketch proposals, reference imagery and physical models to explore the spatial possibilities of your brief.
Design Development
The chosen concept is developed in detail — refined drawings, material studies and the resolution of every junction, proportion and threshold in the building.
Planning & Consents
We prepare and submit the full planning application, including all supporting documents and coordination with planning consultants.
Technical Design
Every detail is drawn and specified. The architecture that makes the building work — the thickness of walls, the fixing of stone, the behaviour of light.
Construction
We remain closely involved on site — visiting regularly, answering questions and maintaining the quality of the design intent as the building comes into existence.
